Return policy

We go through a lot of effort to make sure that the seeds we source are as healthy and viable as possible. If the seeds that you purchased from us did not sprout after the required amount of time, our returns policy is simple - we'll send you some more seeds! 

Each order is eligible for one replacement pack of seeds.

If your plant pot gets damaged in transit you must take photographs as evidence as soon as you notice that the packaging is damaged, so that we can easily see how the pot was damaged. Pots broken in transit will be replaced, although unfortunately we cannot replace any pots broken after you have begun using them.
